Today after 4 days of being ignored they had the audacity to not only send me an email saying my items have shipped, I was charged $174.00 just for shipping. The sad part is their taking advantage of people during a pandemic. This company is charging thousands of dollars for vanities yet can't provide 100% customer service. Their customer service number they advertised doesn't work, nor do they answer the phone. I reached out on Instagram and someone responded they would advise customer service to CANCEL my order. I reached out to their support email and got ignored. after several attempts of trying to reach Alicia Diaz, and I got not one response. My credit card company has been trying to reach them and they are also avoiding them. I emailed and called for several days and got ignored. I ordered a vanity and some other items, but unfortunately had to cancel my order before it was shipped. Let me WARN YOU NOW! Don't buy anything from Impression Vanity. I am forced to communicate with Walmart and hope to get this all resolved. I have been in contact with the company to help but they aren’t willing to do anything. The drawers are supposed to soft close and they do not. ![]() With a heavy item like this on top with glass it is dangerous and needs to be secured. The top does not attach to the drawer bases. Even with a construction background it took several hours to assemble. The item is difficult to assemble and does not have features as described. products are in close out / off-price retailers like Marshalls and TJ Max. It doesn’t shock me that Impression Vanity Co. Walmart should not partner with a company that does not stand behind their product. I was told I could just return the item after spending 7-8 hours building it. After many emails I am in a “take it or leave it” situation. Very poor customer service to say the least. ZERO STARS FOR IMPRESSIONS VANITY (STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY) - Impressions Vanity Co. BTW, you can find all of their pieces (almost identical but better quality) on Amazon and Bed, Bath & Beyond for the regular price of what Impressions sale prices are. The time I wasted wasnt worth the $30 so I just decided to take my $5000 account elsewhere. After trying again and again with impressions they kept sending me back to claims, and claims sending me back to impressions, then impressions stop responding to my email. ![]() The claims dept sent me back to impressions stating no coverage for an item they never sent me. They asked me to send a picture of it.huh? How am I to send a picture of something I just told you that I never received? They then told me that since I purchased the shipping insurance to file a claim. On my last order, I informed impressions that one of the items that I purchased wasn't in the shipment I received. I have spent THOUSANDS of dollars with this company, purchasing a slay station, accessories and such. I hate chargebacks but I am left with no choice. Time to contact my credit card company to show proof I tried to resolve the issue. I will never order from Impressions vanity again. I emailed in July and August sevetal times, it is now September 15 and nothing has been resolved and no response. I emailed company support and a Client Relations Specialist by the name of Mafy Buenseceso replied, stating that she/he contacted the warehouse and is waiting on a reply." I contacted the Specialist again and now he/she is waiting to hear from management. I always get a message that says "Your call cannot be completed as dialed no matter what time of day I call. I called customer service and was hung up on and now I cannot contact customer service at all. One chair did not have the bracket and handle that attaches the legs to the chair. I purchase 2 Black Elise chairs in July of 2022. MAJOR PART MISSING and I cannot get it replaced.
